Municipal Housing Authority:

The Municipal Housing Agency Board of Commissioners consists of five members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council for staggered terms of two years.  A vacancy on the Board shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment for the balance of the unexpired term.  The Mayor shall designate a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from among the Commissioners.
