Utility Bill Payment Options

We are happy to announce that a much-anticipated payment option is now available for anyone wishing to pay by credit/debit card! You may pay from the comfort of your home (or anywhere else) and go online at allpaid.com or by phone at 1-888-604-7888, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! There will be a service fee of 2.95% of the transaction amount for either option, and all phone payments will also have a $2.50 fee for operator assistance. We will not be able to take payments over the office phone, you will need to call the Allpaid phone number. Unfortunately, since we are a governmental body, we are not allowed by State Code to absorb any of the service fee amounts. They will be passed on to the users of the service. This option is also compatible on mobile phones. If you want to pay with a credit/debit card but don’t have computer access, you may come into the office during normal business hours and swipe your card at the counter. Whether paying online or calling Allpaid, you will be prompted with a message telling you how much the service fee will be, and give you the option to cancel the transaction if you decide not to go any further with the payment. In that case, no charges will appear on your card.

Payment options without any extra fees now include:

   *cash/check/money order brought into the office;

   *check/money order put in the drop slot or mailed;

   *automatic draft on the 7th of the months that you are billed;

   *pay online thru your bank’s bill-pay service.

Payment options with service fees include:

   *credit/debit cards.

Your card information is not stored by the Water Works or our provider. Therefore, you will need to enter that information each time you use it and recurring payments are not an option. This trades a layer of security for a little inconvenience.

We hope this satisfies a desire that many of you have to make life a little easier, or helps in those times when you’re caught out-of-town and your due date is approaching!
