The Hardship & Grievance Commission is comprised of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor with City Council approval; two (2) City Council members with two (2) year terms and three (3) citizens with three (3) year terms. This Commission determines eligibility and guidelines for those in the community that cannot afford refuse fees. The Commission meets in January and July.
